His career has taken him from grassroots surgical missions to World Bank policy programs, giving him a full-stack view of how healthcare systems actually function at scale.
At the World Bank, one of the world's most influential development finance institutions, he worked on health system strengthening and policy frameworks across multiple markets. At PATH, a global health nonprofit operating in over 70 countries, he was involved in programs spanning disease prevention, vaccine delivery, and health technology. At Operation Smile, the international medical nonprofit, he worked on surgical access and clinical programme delivery in underserved communities.
At Maxinor, Rachit leads Healthcare and Global Health, helping HealthTech founders navigate the clinical workflow complexity, hospital procurement cycles, and government partnership dynamics that make healthcare a uniquely difficult sector to scale in.
